Return Policy
We are proud to stand 100% behind our products. If for any reason you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply obtain a return
authorization number from our customer service & return your product for a
refund.
• All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number.
• Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable, except
in the event that Candle-Effects shipped you the wrong items. Customers
receiving free shipping will be charged the exact shipping charge for shipping
if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.
• Refunds will only be made to the original payment within 7-10 days of
our receipt of the return.
• A 15% return fee may apply in the case of wrong ordered item by the
client.
• A 15% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been
shipped.
• All non-defective items returned must be in the original complete
packaging.
We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment
will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage
caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the
purchase price of the merchandise.
Shipping Policy
Please allow us 48 to 72 hours to ship your order. We ship orders Monday
- Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will
be processed the next business day. It usually takes 2-7 business days to
receive the order. To expedite your order please call our customer service rep
and ask for the shipping rate. This service is available according to product
availability. We use USPS as our main carrier. If your address is a
PO Box then you will receive your order via USPS Priority Mail. Please see the
chart below for shipping rates.
Standard Rates are:
$0 to $24.99 = $7.00
$25 - $49.99 = $10.45
$50 - $99.99 = $14.45
$100 - $149.99 = $20.45
$150 - $199.99 = $27.45
$200 and up = FREE!
